Inverse ScaleTo method

Hi all,
I wrote a simple program where the right hand position was connected with the position of an ellipse on the pc screen. In this program I registered the x-, y- and z-joint position, but also the x and y screen position of the ellipse from the scaleto method.
I can't find a direct connection between the no-scaled x and y coordinates and the scaled ones...
how can I compute the inverse of the scaleto method?

Howdy,

The ScaleTo method is mine, but I'm not sure I understand your question...the inverse of the ScaleTo coordinates are the original X/Y given by the Kinect.  But I don't think that's what you're asking for.  Can you describe a bit more?

Thanks,

Brian

hi,

this is the problem: I have logged the original xy coordinates from the kinect. Now I need to calculate the xy coordinates for the screen from these old logs. May you help me?

thanks!

The source for the ScaleTo method is located here:

You should be able to easily modify that such that it takes the xy coordinate directly instead of a Joint object and returns the scaled coordinates.
